To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearme Cab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App or the services provided.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nearme Cab, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
